Return and Refund

We have really simple return/exchange process, if your order has issues or something doesn't work out, you can send back to us.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong item

Defective or damanged items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. Please complete the return request with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receving the shipment.

Change mind or no longer need it

We offer free return to regular order and you can send the product back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Bulk/wholesale orders (orders are purchased at whoalesale price) are subjected to a restocking fee for return/exchange as 25% of the purchase price.

Return Acceptance

Order# MUST clearly written inside of return package, returns will be declined if package does not have correct order number.
All items must be returned in new condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging(including an intact UPC code) as delivered to you.
All return items must be recevied by our warehouse with in 14 days of return approval.

Shipping

We will send our carrier to pickup the product if product has arrived damaged, defective or wrong item shipped. For all other casese, Customer will be resposiable to the shipping cost.

Refund

Refund will be initiated after the product is received at our warehouse and has passed the inspection.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method. After the refund is initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7-10 days.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned. These include digital media, Jewelry, Cosmetics, Socks, Deodorants, Perfumes, Briefs, Shape wear Bottoms and any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, Mittens, Wrist-Bands cannot be returned.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please do not return any item without a return request with our support team.

EshopSupply does reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are not returned in the same condition they were received

Reward points Deduction

Rewards earned from the return item will be deducted from your account. In case of low reward balance for deduction, we will deduct the remaining balance from total refund amount.
